Event Description:
The Cheatham County Democratic Party will hold a Biennial Reorganization Convention to elect new leaders. Local Democrats will elect a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and an Executive Committee for Cheatham County for a two-year term. Members will also discuss the party’s agenda and events for 2015. This meeting will be open for all attendees to express their ideas and thoughts about the future.
All Democratic residents who are eligible voters in Cheatham County are urged to attend and participate. Those wishing to vote or run for these local party positions should bring with them their voter registration card or some other proof of residence and registration if available. No photo identification is required.
